Donald Trump and “lapdog” Lindsey Graham just can’t seem to decide whether or not they actually like each other. Now most of the time, Senator Graham is generally a good little sycophant — going so far as to tweet out the suggestion of extended terms for the president and even calling for putting former POTUS Barack Obama under oath to testify regarding the FBI’s investigations into Trump.
But don’t forget that before Donald managed to weasel his way into the presidency with more than a little help from Vladimir Putin and the Russian government, Lindsey wasn’t a big fan of the man.
“He’s a race-baiting, xenophobic, religious bigot. He doesn’t represent my [Republican] party. I don’t think he has a clue about anything. He is empowering radical Islam. You know how you make America great again? Tell Donald Trump to go to hell,” Graham once said regarding the then-presidential candidate. “I’d rather lose without Donald Trump than try to win with him.”
However, since Donald moved his golf clubs into the White House, Graham has whistled a different tune — with many believing the Senator’s 180 is a direct result of Trump having some serious dirt on Graham’s sexual past.
Whatever the reason may be for his sudden support of Donald, it’s beginning to seem that it’s just not worth it to Graham anymore. And Donnie is not very happy about that.
The two have been in a couple of mild tussles here lately, but after Graham publicly called the president out on his weak response to Iran downing and American drown, the relationship may finally be over for good.
“The measured response by President @realDonaldTrump regarding the shooting down of an American drone was clearly seen by the Iranian regime as a sign of weakness,” Graham’s pointed tweet read.

As we’re all well aware, Trump positively cannot stand it when something like this happens. Especially when the person doing the calling-out is one of his own.
So, naturally, it didn’t take long at all for Donald to fire back at the Senator:
“No Lindsey, it was a sign of strength that some people just don’t understand!” Trump angrily responded.

While we suppose it’s a good thing that Lapdog Lindsey is finally growing a pair — quite frankly it’s far beyond time for it. Now we just wait for the smear campaigns to start and suddenly Graham doesn’t have a job anymore.
And I shouldn’t say he deserves it, but… You know.
