Donald Trump held a campaign rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan and it did not take long for him to go completely off the rails. Many are comparing his speech to that of a lunatic as he barked and howled about everything from healthcare, to the Mueller report, to the depth of the Great Lakes — and folks quickly caught on that most of what was coming from his mouth was complete bullshit.
To kick things off, POTUS declared that “The collusion delusion is over. The special counsel completed its report and found no collusion and no obstruction.” Anyone that has paid attention to anything since the conclusion of Mueller’s probe knows that’s the furthest thing from the truth. While the report did say that they were unable to find enough evidence of collusion with the Russian government, both Mueller’s report and Bill Barr’s summary of said report expressly stated that the president could NOT be exonerated from obstruction.
Donald then went on to harp about Democrats wanting to “rip down every building in Manhattan and rebuild them” in regard to their Green New Deal resolution. Which, again, is the furthest thing from the truth.
POTUS carried on in this manner for nearly an hour and a half. But one particular protestor, Isiah Lee, had heard enough by the time Trump had barely made it to the halfway mark of his speech. Listening to the lies, Lee began to yell out “Traitor!” and raised his middle finger in the direction of Trump — much to the dismay of the Trump supporters around him.
Of course, it didn’t take long for Lee to be escorted off the property because Trump and his entire administration can’t tolerate anyone that doesn’t bow at his tiny feet.
But let’s face it, we’re all living vicariously through Isiah Lee. They can remove a protestor from an arena, but this entire country is still giving POTUS and his administration the finger with a big, loud “Traitor!”
