Trump Viciously Attacks Cancer-Stricken Harry Reid After Senator Says He Wishes George W. Bush Was POTUS

This is just heartless.

Donald Trump truly does not have a sensitive, empathetic bone in his body. As a president who  attacked John McCain throughout his battle with brain cancer and even after his death, Trump is applying the same sociopathic response to former Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid.

Reid was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year, with the New York Times reporting last month that Reid “does not have long to live.” One would think that Trump would take this into consideration when it comes to the people he tries to pick fights with on Twitter, but the president’s psychotic nature makes that impossible.

Reid had recently weighed in on Trump, stating that thanks to how terrible the president has been for America, he wishes for former POTUS George W. Bush “every day” because Bush would be “Babe Ruth” compared to the current clown in the White House. Reid was a major critic of Bush during his time in the White House — however, Trump has given Reid a newfound appreciation of the former Republican POTUS. Reid said of Bush:

He and I had our differences, but no one ever questioned his patriotism. Our battles were strictly political battles. There’s no question in my mind that George Bush would be Babe Ruth in this league that he’s in with Donald Trump in the league. Donald Trump wouldn’t make the team.”

Trump, who is completely incapable of controlling himself and letting something slide, blew up on Monday morning. On Twitter, the president attacked Reid for getting “thrown out” (even though Reid retired) and having a “failed career.”

Trump’s lack of class and empathy continues to be truly disgusting.
