Poor, pitiful Trump.

Donald Trump absolutely cannot tolerate anything that can even be construed as criticism or a dig against him, especially so when it comes from someone that is supposed to be on his side. That’s why he’s particularly pissed with his beloved Fox News Network this morning after they hosted a town hall with Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders yesterday.

Trump took to Twitter to express his rage at the network for airing a segment that didn’t expressly fawn over him, and worse still offered the slightest perceived promotion of someone that’s running against him in the impending 2020 presidential race.

“So weird to watch Crazy Bernie on @FoxNews. Not surprisingly, @BretBaier and the ‘audience’ was so smiley and nice. Very strange, and now we have @donnabrazile?” his tweet stated.

It’s not often that Trump criticizes the Fox Network, as he usually sees it as his “home turf” — with the last notable occasion being after the slight punishment of Jeanine Pirro in the wake of her Islamophobic comments.

Trump loves to praise his dear Fox News Network so long as they’re singing his praises but is quick to condemn even his most favorite network when he feels that they’re not drinking his Kool-Aide quickly enough. He is blistering in his criticism of Bret Baier yet he is far too cowardly to make an appearance on any other major news program where he would be questioned by real journalist with real-life questions — instead opting to stay within his “safe place” on Fox and Friends where he expects to be treated like a king and pacified against any condemnation.

In spite of Trump’s harshness, Baier responded tactfully, offering the president the opportunity to make an appearance:

Though we seriously don’t he’ll take him up on the offer, instead simply whining on his Twitter account about how mean the world is to him.
