For the third year in a row, Donald Trump has decided to ditch the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner, obviously still terrified of the media and public roasting he’d likely get.
Earlier today in a pool spray outside the White House just before his trip to the U.S.-Mexico border, the president once again announced that he wouldn’t be attending the event, and would instead hold a Make America Great Again rally. Trump stated that this was because he thinks the dinner is “boring and negative.”
Pres says he plans to hold a rally instead of going to the WH Correspondent’s Assn annual dinner. Says the dinner is boring and negative. Will be his 3rd consecutive no-show.

Not that anyone really wanted the president there anyway — the White House Correspondents’ Dinner has been getting on swimmingly without him and has been full of jokes about the president and his disgraced administration. If the president were to actually attend, it would likely put a damper on everything.
However, the fact that the president wants to throw a MAGA rally on the same day is seriously pathetic. Here’s what some people are saying about it:
Obama stingers still hurt I guess …

Didn’t he do that last year too?

One thing is for sure — his MAGA rally is going to be a sh*tshow considering he’ll probably be pouting and insecure about what is being said about him at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. The president knows his rabid fans get riled up whenever he acts like he’s the victim, so they’ll probably eat it all up and feed into his narcissism. The president continues to disrespect tradition, and his fans love him for it.
