She will not stand for this!

Donald Trump may have very well just crossed a line with his last round of blatantly racist tweets aimed at four different Democratic lawmakers in which he essentially told them to go back to where they came from — Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez being one of them.

Recently, Rep. AOC and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi haven’t quite been seeing eye to eye. However, unlike Trump and the rest of the Republicans with their heads shoved so far up his ass they can’t see the light of day, these two women actually know how to disagree without making a huge, immature, embarrassing mockery out of their entire party.

And Madame Speaker Pelosi has now made it strikingly clear that despite their differences she has absolutely no intention of allowing Donald to get away with his racist, hateful attacks.

This morning Pelosi announced in a letter that she and her fellow House Democrats are putting together a resolution, which will soon go to a vote in the chamber, condemning President Trump’s racist attacks on social media.

“This weekend, the President went beyond his own low standards using disgraceful language about Members of Congress,” the House Speaker’s letter began.

“This morning, the President doubled down on his attacks on our four colleagues suggesting they apologize to him. Let me be clear, our Caucus will continue to forcefully respond to these disgusting attacks,” she continued.

“The House cannot allow the President’s characterization of immigrants to our country to stand. Our Republican colleagues must join us in condemning the President’s xenophobic tweets. Please join us in supporting a forthcoming resolution sponsored by Congressman Tom Malinowski, who was born abroad, and Congressman Jamie Raskin, along with other Democratic Members born abroad,” she implored in the letter.

This comes on the heels of a similar but less severe resolution condemning hate speech after the debacle between Donald Trump and Rep. Ilhan Omar.

Regardless of personal qualms within the party, Pelosi is taking a stand against the racist-in-chief, making his aware that the House will not stand for his racist bullying tactics.
