Karma has a funny way of rearing its head, and the Republican Party is sure as hell getting a lot of it thanks to Donald Trump.
After the GOP tore Hillary Clinton apart for her emails, it’s been very interesting to see how Trump’s presidency continues to backfire on them. Two of Trump’s key administration members (and his own family members) have been caught in an email fiasco of their own, and it’s even more humiliating than anything we could think of. These idiots were using private email AND WhatsApp to send official government communications!
The hypocrisy is unfathomable. While the GOP has yet to issue any sort of apology or acknowledge its mistakes, others have come to Clinton’s defense and pointed out just how hypocritical Republicans are being. On CNN, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) publicized the “irony” of the situation when speaking to host Anderson Cooper. Khanna said:
The irony of this is that the president ran his whole presidential campaign accusing Hillary Clinton of having a private server and having communications, and here you have something that’s much worse. You have communications with foreign leaders on platforms that aren’t official U.S. platforms, that put sensitive information at risk.”
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) shared the segment on Twitter and called the GOP out on their “But her emails” complaints:

It was pretty much the moment that Clinton had been waiting for, because she took the opportunity to jump in and troll the GOP super hard:
Tell me about it.

It seems that after losing the election to Trump despite winning the popular vote, Clinton has been getting some satisfaction out of watching Trump’s presidency blow up in the Republican Party’s face. The GOP deserves to be humiliated over this, and Clinton seems more than happy to dish it.
