Fox News fans are out for blood after Judge Andrew Napolitano, the conservative network’s legal analyst, went on air and admitted that Rep. Adam Schiff actually has a compelling argument against Donald Trump in regards to the accusations of obstruction of justice in Special Counsel Mueller’s report.
Napolitano shocked the entire conservative community when he appeared on Fox Business with host Neil Cavuto on Friday. The judge kicked off the sit down when host Cavuto asked him, “…Talking about the president who’s saying he’s already been exonerated on everything from collusion to obstruction of justice. It was on the latter that you weren’t entirely convinced?” Napolitano replied, “I’m actually not convinced on either, Neil.”
Judge Napolitano then continued to explain that he feels like the Attorney General “carefully chose his words.” He pointed out that Robert Mueller was “unable to establish a conspiracy,” leaving the judge to feel that because they were unable to prove the existence of collusion “beyond a reasonable doubt” it means there was evidence of a conspiracy. Otherwise, a full and complete exoneration would’ve been explicitly outlined in the Muller report.
As if that weren’t enough for the conservatives to lose their collective heads, Napolitano went on to defend Congressman Adam Schiff, the Chair of the House Intelligence Committee that Trump, his entire administration, and the right have been bashing relentlessly — even calling for his resignation.
Napolitano stated, “I think that Congressman Schiff is correct. In that report will be evidence of the existence of a conspiracy. Not enough evidence to prove the existence beyond a reasonable doubt. In that report will be evidence of obstruction of justice, interfering with an FBI investigation for a personal gain. But not enough evidence to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Upon hearing those words uttered and aired on their beloved Fox News Network, the collective right quickly lost their damn minds, calling Judge Napolitano a “closet leftist.” It seems that Trump fans are just as bad as their leader in the fact that they absolutely can’t tolerate anyone that doesn’t bow in agreement.
I lost all respect for this dude letting his dislike for Trump cloud his judgement.
