Now that America is reeling from the many revelations that are coming out about President Donald Trump’s developing Russia investigation, it’s been quite a while since we’ve been reminded that Trump is a misogynist and has a horrible track record with women. Even when he isn’t grabbing them by the p*ssy, raping them, or insulting them, he still has the ability to be downright creepy and disrespectful.
A disturbing incident has just been revealed by Academy Award-nominated actress Kathleen Turner, who described a nauseating experience she’d had when meeting Trump a few decades ago. In a newly published interview with Vulture, Turner described the experience as “yuck” several times and laid it all out in graphic detail.
Reporter David Marchese said to Turner, “This is a sort of left-field question. But President Trump seems like someone you would’ve bumped into at a party in New York in the ’80s. Have you ever met him?” Turner’s response said it all:
Yes. Yuck.”
Turner then explained her disgust, giving America way more details than we ever wanted to know about one of Trump’s weirdest behaviors – his unsettling handshake. Turner said:
He has this gross handshake. He goes to shake your hand and with his index finger kind of rubs the inside of your wrist. He’s trying to do some kind of seductive intimacy move.
You pull your hand away and go yuck.”
We now feel bad for anyone who has ever had to shake Trump’s hand before, whether it was a prepared politician or an unsuspecting woman at a party. This proves that Trump will use any interaction to violate another human being.
Since that incident, Turner has made moves to keep her distance from Trump. When Trump campaigned in 2016, Turner got rid of her Trump Place apartment. Once she had sold it, she said she was “relieved to be disassociated with anything Trump.”
