Today, Attorney General Bill Barr testified before Congress on matters ranging from his support of Trump on the dismantling of the Affordable Care Act to the results of the Muller investigation. To say the least, he was shown no mercy during the interrogation — and rightly so.

At one point during the testimony, as we expected, Barr was questioned about the fact that the Mueller investigation reportedly could not exonerate president Trump from charges of obstruction of justice.

It took a whole hot second for Trump and members of his administration to start declaring “EXONERATED” from the mountaintops — despite the fact that both Mueller’s report, as well as Bill Barr’s 4-page summary of said report, clearly stated that POTUS could not be exonerated from obstruction.

Much to what we expect to be Trump’s dismay when Barr was quizzed about the “exoneration” aspect of the report, he was unable to defend Trump’s claims.

The line of questioning began, “On the question of obstruction of justice you stated in your March 24th letter that the Mueller report does not exonerate the president. Can you elaborate on what is meant by ‘Does not exonerate the president’?”

“I think that’s the language from the report… That’s a statement made by the Special Counsel,” Barr nervously replied. “I reported as one of his bottom line conclusions.”

Barr quickly began to dodge any further questioning by stating, “I am not in a position to discuss that further until the report is all out and then what is meant by ‘exonerated’ is a really a question that I can’t answer.”

Throughout the entire interview, Barr exudes an air of nervousness and guilt. It’s becoming increasingly clear that Barr is entangled in yet another collusion of his own with POTUS to cover-up the findings of the Mueller investigation. However, as questioning intensifies, and more members of Congress are refusing to accept anything less than the truth, Barr is finding himself in an impossible position — commit perjury or throw his beloved president under the bus.
