It seems like the current clusterfuck with Iran isn’t the only thing that Trump can’t make a solid decision on these days.
Trump has built his entire presidency off the promise of harsh, even downright cruel immigration policies — fueled by the hatred and racism of his base. Many MAGA supporters voted for and continue to champion for Donald Trump because he’s finally given them an outlet for their detestation of anyone that isn’t white.
None of us can forget the multiple promises of a grand border wall, paid for in full by Mexico — which, mind you, ain’t happening. But his base seemed able to ignore that because Donald was still going to flush the country of all the “illegals.” Except he’s not. And now, finally, they’re big mad.
Trump announced on Twitter today that he would be canceling the ICE raids that were scheduled to sweep through the country next week.
“At the request of Democrats, I have delayed the Illegal Immigration Removal Process (Deportation) for two weeks to see if the Democrats and Republicans can get together and work out a solution to the Asylum and Loophole problems at the Southern Border. If not, Deportations start!” he tweeted.
And his band of sheep is pissed:

It speaks volumes on the morality of his supporters considering that we’re seen no outrage at the vile concentration camps that are currently holding detained immigrant children without so much as a toothbrush or a blanket. And we have seen absolutely no uproar over yet another brutal sexual assault allegation against the president of this nation. But when Donald catches enough hell that he puts a temporary hold on yanking thousands of families from their homes in mass deportations, and suddenly the MAGAs are livid. There’s no denying it at this point — your racism is showing.
