The lies that Donald Trump has told America have been way too many to count, and are truly getting out of hand. Trump will lie about everything and anything because he knows he’s in a dire situation to make his failing presidency look somewhat respectable.
The president, who has a severe allergy to anything that looks like work, has been on Twitter this morning trying to convince America that he’s working instead of heading to his Palm Beach Mar-a-Lago resort for the New Year’s Eve bash he was trying to profit from. The president’s also trying to draw attention to the partial government shutdown, blaming the entire thing on the Democrats.
Earlier this morning, Trump tried to tell everyone he was in the Oval Office waiting for the Democrats to make a deal with him on funding for his racist border wall. He tweeted:

Of course, that tweet is childish and extremely pathetic — but the real kicker is that Trump is lying his a*s off. Trump probably didn’t bank on being caught in this lie, but thanks to Playboy White House correspondent Brian Karem, everyone now knows that Trump isn’t working in the Oval Office at all. Karem just happened to be at the White House today and noticed that while Trump was tweeting about being in the Oval Office, there was no Marine standing guard outside the Oval Office door — which there must be if the president is in the Oval Office. Karem tweeted photographic proof:
