As bombshell after bombshell about how his administration and inner circle REALLY feels about Donald Trump are emerging, each one seems worse than the last. Over the last several days, we’ve seen major damaging revelations come from Bob Woodward’s tell-all book “Fear”, an eye-opening op-ed from the New York Times (that was written by an anonymous top White House official), and leaks from Trump’s current and former team.
One of the biggest threats facing Trump right now is former White House aide Omarosa Manigault-Newman, who seems to be seeking some kind of revenge after the president fired her. Omarosa has not only released her own tell-all book on the president, but she has also come forward with secret tapes she’d recorded of every interaction she’d had with Trump. And if that didn’t make the president furious enough, now she’s spilling the beans on just how much his administration thinks about impeaching him.
In an interview with MSNBC’s Alex Witt, Omarosa confirmed a claim in Woodward’s book, in which the author stated that Trump’s aides regularly discuss using the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office. Omarosa stated that whenever Trump comes unhinged and makes “insane” pronouncements, White House emails and text changes are marked with the hashtag “TFA” — which is code for the 25th Amendment.
That’s explosive enough, but who is using it might surprise you. Not only are senior staffers making use of the hashtag — it’s actually being used by “family members.” Remarking on how frequently Trump flies off the handle, Omarosa said:
It’s embarrassing how much it was used.”
She also claimed to have over 100 saved texts in which the hashtag is displayed, just in case her former boss tries to discredit her.
The GOP should have been talking about getting Trump out of office a LONG time ago, but this should give them even more reason to finally act. You can watch Omarosa ruin Trump’s Sunday below:
