We all know that Donald Trump’s tweets are both far from original and completely lacking in substance — but what Trump was recently caught doing with his tweets on New Year’s Eve was pretty damn embarrassing.
On the last night of 2018, Trump celebrated by trashing Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on Twitter for not approving his ambassador appointments — even though that has nothing to do with Schumer’s job. That was embarrassment number one for Trump, proving that the president STILL knows nothing about how government works. Trump tweeted:
….Senator Schumer, more than a year longer than any other Administration in history. These are people who have been approved by committees and all others, yet Schumer continues to hold them back from serving their Country! Very Unfair!

The second embarrassment came thanks to New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman, who caught Trump in the act of “literally” recycling his tweets, using the very same attack he used in March and April earlier this year. Haberman reported:
