There is a whole lot of crazy happening in the Trump administration right now, and it’s affecting far more than the president. It turns out that no one in the White House is coping well with the Democrats taking the House yesterday, and it’s making Donald Trump and all of his mouthpieces really ramp up their deranged behavior.
Earlier today, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders proved that no one in the Trump administration should have any business speaking to the country when she unleashed some of the most ridiculous, irresponsible nonsense on Fox & Friends. During an interview, Sanders actually suggested to the network’s gullible viewers that new House Speaker Nancy Pelosi might try to remove fences from their private property.
This was obviously because Pelosi had previously said Trump’s border was an “immorality between countries,” which host Steve Doocy was more than happy to bring up during the show and ask whether Pelosi might say the same thing about fences. Sanders, as usual, was delighted to jump on the crazy train and make things way worse. She said:
That is a great question. I wonder if she will go on a crusade and take down all the fences and walls across this country? I certainly hope not.”
And she continued to go in this inappropriate direction, fear mongering Fox’s impressionable viewers and giving them a visual that Democrats may actually take down their private fences. She said:
I’m sure the people that have them around their homes, that institutions that have them, the Vatican or anywhere else will not be real happy with the fact Nancy Pelosi is calling their walls and their security immoral. It has never been immoral to protect people. In fact, it is the absolute first duty that the president and Congress have is to protect the American people.”
Talk about taking a reasonable stance against a useless, expensive border wall completely out of context. You can watch this ridiculous segment below:
