White House counselor Kellyanne Conway is notorious for saying some pretty stupid shit. Based on her statements you should steer clear of microwaves and Bowling Green. She stayed in true Kellyanne fashion this afternoon went she sent out a tweet attempting to call out “Old White Male Politicians” in reference to a poll that showed Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Vice President Joe Biden leading the 2020 Democratic field.
“Old White Male Career Politicians are in 1st and 2nd Place in the Democratic Presidential Primary, taking more than half (53%) of the vote,” she captioned her tweet while citing an Emerson College poll.

It wasn’t long at all before Twitter was dragging her for her attempted call out, quickly reminding her of who the hell she works for.

The poll that Kellyanne cited in her tweet shows Sanders, 77, taking the lead among Democratic voters at 29 percent. Joe Biden came in second with 24 percent. It’s worth noting here that Donald Trump, Kellyanne’s boss, is 72.
While the two frontrunners at the moment are technically “old, white” dudes, the Democratic pool as a whole is refreshingly diverse in everything from age to race to gender. Six women are currently set to take on Trump in 2020 as well as Pete Buttigieg who is the youngest as well as the first and only openly gay candidate.
While there may be a couple of “old white males” in the running, the entire Democratic pool is rich with diversity — unlike the GOP, which is currently just teeming with the old rich fucks that you’re complaining about.
