Fox News Has Officially Confirmed That Trump Colluded With Russia

If Mueller is about to wrap up his investigation, this could sum things up nicely.

We keep bringing you stories here at DC Tribune that detail the somewhat confusing turn of events on Fox News Channel, in which many of the reporters there and even their notoriously conservative judicial analyst seem to be turning on Donald Trump — beginning to report critically on the President and give actual details on things that have happened in real life.

Of course, there are plenty of sycophants left. You’ll never catch Steve Doocy or Ainsley Earhardt betraying their cash cow.

But two critics of the President’s appeared together this week on Fox — anchor Shep Smith and Judge Andrew Napolitano — and amid all the other news about Trump’s “humanitarian crisis” at the southern border, they were examining one happening in the nation’s capital.

Earlier this week, due to a redaction error by lawyers for Paul Manafort, Trump’s former campaign manager, America learned that Manafort shared polling data with a Russian oligarch with ties directly to the Kremlin. That polling data was then presumably used in Russian efforts to sway the outcome of the election using a combination of social media posts, fake news releases, and hacking.

In case you missed that news or didn’t quite understand the importance of it — that’s essentially proof positive of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. And as the two Fox personalities point out in the video below, Manafort’s illegal action occurred right in the thick of the campaign, rather than well before or well after, as the Trump apparatus has always argued other events took place.

Napolitano, who has been an outright Trump apologist in the past, seems to have turned a corner in his thoughts about whether or not the President is guilty of any crimes:

This shows that Bob Mueller can demonstrate to a court without the testimony of Paul Manafort that the campaign had a connection to Russian intelligence and the connection involved information going from the campaign to the Russians. The question is, was this in return for a promise of something from the Russians, and did the candidate, now the president, know about it?”
