DC Tribune is a news source focused on high-quality reporting, analysis, opinion, and truth. We bring you up-to-the-minute news on politics and occasionally a look back at past events when they fit the context of today.
Based in Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Seattle, our team brings the experience of years of news analysis in a format that is most comfortable for readers who don’t expect to be tiptoed around the way many outlets do — we’re not here to call lies “misstatements.”
Atlanta:Â Sheila Gouldman is the Editor In Chief Of DC Tribune. Her love for politics started only 5 years ago but has since become one of her greatest passions. She’s been a writer, broadcaster, political contributor, and now proudly considers herself part of the Resistance. Unshakeable. Believer in human rights, equality, and justice for all, but first for those who need it most. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, working out and watching football. The real kind, with helmets.
Philadelphia: Patricia Colli is the lead writer at DC Tribune. She has been focusing on and writing about political issues for more than six years and is passionate about human rights issues and promoting causes for equality and social justice. Superwoman who secretly publishes a body positivity magazine. She also enjoys creating art, salsa dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and cat.
Seattle: Andrew Simpson is the managing editor and contributing writer for DCT. He’s been writing politics for 14 years and an activist for 20, managing successful local and state campaigns, organizing, marching, and doorbelling. Three kids, beautiful wife, needy cat. History/geography buff. Mostly uses his powers for good, although you can sometimes catch him trolling racists and sexists on the internet. Probably eating a cheeseburger right now.
