We all know just how touchy president Donald Trump has become on Twitter, especially now that pretty much everyone is talking about his hush money scandals or his Russian investigation.
Trump has been known to fly off the handle at a single tweet’s notice. One of the people who can do that better than anyone else is Dallas Mavericks owner, Shark Tank investor, and billionaire Mark Cuban. While Cuban has been taking a backseat as Trump attacks his other targets, the billionaire posted a tweet yesterday that signaled he hasn’t forgotten that Trump is ruining our country — and how Americans need to uphold our values. Posting a picture of his “juror” tag, Cuban wrote:
Doing my civic duty. A jury of our peers is what makes our country different than all others.”

Cuban doing his “civic duty” stands in stark contrast to the character flaws of draft-dodging Donald Trump. This is the first Cuban tweet in a while that has some political undertones (although he regularly retweets political messages). In remembrance of this subtle dig at Trump, let’s revisit one of Cuban’s greatest hits from last year.
In February 2017, Cuban trashed Donald Trump when he warned American CEOs to be cautious when they deal with the undeserving, untrustworthy POTUS. Cuban urged the CEOs to “do what you think is right” as he said:
Be an American citizen first. In the bigger scheme of things, our country benefits from peaceful activism a lot more than it benefits from one more shoe being sold, or one more basketball ticket being sold, for that matter.”
Trump woke up in a rage over Cuban’s comments, and couldn’t resist hitting back at Cuban — and what he said is truly hilarious. The dumbest POTUS America has ever had literally said that Cuban was “not smart enough to run for president.” Wow:
Now, Cuban had originally hoped that Trump would be a good candidate for the presidency when he first announced his campaign. However, once Trump exposed how insane, unqualified and emotionally unstable he was, Cuban changed his mind, endorsed Hillary Clinton, and campaigned aggressively for her. Trump has been bitter since!
Cuban responded to Trump’s early morning tweet, showing The Donald that he should never pick fights with people who are more respected and successful than him. Cuban’s response was perfect as he expertly slammed Trump in a series of tweets:
And honestly, this one is so true it hurts:
Now that it’s over a year later, we’ve seen firsthand just how moronic Trump is and how right Cuban was back then. We must never forget the people who tried to warn us.
