Trump Humiliated After North Korea Makes Huge Announcement About Denuclearization

All the bragging Trump did was for nothing. He must be so embarrassed.

For weeks, Donald Trump bragged about how he was going to get North Korea to denuclearize after he met with leader Kim Jong-Un. Trump praised himself nearly every day following their summit, despite the fact that no formal agreement had ever been set up. Now Trump is paying for it. North Korea has just made a big announcement that’s going to embarrass Trump like never before — the rogue nation rejected the United States’ proposal to decrease its nuclear arsenal.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had made this proposal, which included a timeline for North Korea’s denuclearization, several times over the last two months. Under Pompeo’s proposed timeline, North Korea would have to give 60 to 70 percent of its nuclear warheads to a third party in six to eight months’ time. In an interview last week, Pompeo said:

The ultimate timeline for denuclearization will be set by Chairman Kim, at least in part. The decision is his. He made a commitment, and we’re very hopeful that over the coming weeks and months we can make substantial progress towards that and put the North Korean people on a trajectory towards a brighter future very quickly.”

This is not looking good for Trump and his administration. As it is, the U.S. doesn’t even know how many warheads North Korea has, as it’s been reported that Trump had been duped by Kim and North Korea still had secret sites where it was doing nuclear testing.

Yesterday, White House national security adviser John Bolton made this statement on Fox News, signaling that things were about to get ugly:

North Korea that has not taken the steps we feel are necessary to denuclearize.”

Trump celebrated his “success” way too soon, and now he’s going to pay for it. He finally sees what many of us recognized right away — Kim played him for a fool.
