One of Donald Trump’s biggest White House personalities has just dumped all over his administration, as well as his claims that he picks “the best” people to work for him.

Monday, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway did a little interview with Eric Bolling for his show on CRTV. Speaking to Bolling just outside of the White House, Conway gave a stunning critique of Trump’s administration and how it’s fallen apart during its first 18 months. Having witnessed herself the ever-revolving door of Trump’s White House, she taunted all of her former colleagues and the president himself.

Conway weighed in on the president’s shrinking White House, taking the opportunity to mock everyone she’s managed to outlast and said:

The sheer velocity and volume at which this president operates is mind numbing. It’s a difficult pace for many to keep up with. Look at how many people no longer work here, for example.”

After Bolling asked Conway if Trump’s high turnover rate is an issue, she went further and hinted that her boss had hired all the “wrong people.” She also chose to ignore the fact that Trump’s administration still has far more vacancies than it should and has been overrun with disorganization at every level:

No, not at all. We don’t need too many people. We certainly don’t need too many of the wrong people. I think it’s a much more sophisticated, streamlined operation with fewer people.”

Wow. Insulting her former colleagues and her boss at the same time. Everyone knows that Trump is terrible at picking his administration members, but coming from Conway this is quite a shock. Perhaps her anti-Trump husband has been rubbing off on her, but this is a dig we wouldn’t have expected from one of the president’s loudest mouthpieces. You can watch this moment below:

This will definitely have Trump feeling defensive about his White House picks, and may even lead to more erratic appointments in the future.
