Sarah Sanders Just Dropped A Bomb About The Future Of Trump’s White House

This explains a lot.

Donald Trump and his horrendous presidency has changed America and the course of its history in multiple ways, none of which are actually good. One of the most disturbing aspects of his administration is the blatant shutting out of the media and the American people from what is really going on. Unfortunately, that doesn’t look like it’ll change anytime soon.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders has repeatedly had to address the fact that there are less press briefings than ever. She regularly goes weeks without speaking to the press, and many of us are wondering if she even has a job in the White House anymore. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like that’s going to change.

This has been a major issue for several months. In an interview with Chris Wallace on Fox News last year, Sanders was grilled about why there hasn’t been a press briefing in several weeks. Wallace wondered if the Trump administration was taking an off-camera approach to avoid reporters who “grandstand.” Sanders said:

Certainly, I won’t disagree with the fact that they grandstand… I think it’s pretty widely known that it happens.”

However, that’s not all. Sanders then revealed that the White House didn’t think press briefings were as necessary anymore:

The day that the briefing was initially created, the atmosphere was incredibly different and you didn’t have the same access and ways to communicate with the American public.”

While Sanders said there will be still be on-camera briefings, they will likely remain infrequent and that Trump will be handling more of the communications. She said:

But I always think if you can hear directly from the president and the press has a chance to ask the President of the United States questions directly, that’s infinitely better than talking to me. We try to do that a lot and you’ve seen us do that a lot over the last three weeks, and that’s going to take the place of a press briefing when you can talk to the President of the United States.”

While no one in Trump’s administration can be trusted, to leave the communication to the president – the most dishonest and psychotic of them all – is disturbing, irresponsible and dangerous. You can watch Sanders reveal this insanity below:
