Donald Trump is known for his arrogance and stupidity, especially when it comes to his Twitter account. When a fire broke out in the Notre Dame Cathedral today, one of Paris’s most prominent architectural landmarks, POTUS wasted no time in making a complete ass of himself.

Details are still emerging regarding the fire but it’s been reported that it broke out in the attic of the monument before quickly spreading to engulf the roof. Social media platforms quickly filled with live footage of the heartbreaking event.

Donald took to his beloved Twitter account to share his thoughts on the tragedy, but not without making sure that everyone knew he’s big smart compared to the professionals that are trained to deal with things such as this. His tweet read, “So horrible to watch the massive fire at Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. Perhaps flying water tankers could be used to put it out. Must act quickly!”

Because that isn’t completely obvious? Yea — hey all you trained firefighters and emergency personnel, make sure you’re putting water on that fire, okay? And make sure you’re doing it real quick-like. The president of the United States said so.

We can promise you Mr. President, no one in Paris needs or wants your advice, input, or commentary. We get it. You’re big smart with the airplanes and the water and whatnot, but they’ve got it covered.

As expected, the Twitter-sphere was quick to drag Donald Trump for the dumbass he is:

Rest assured POTUS, Paris is fully equipped to deal with this catastrophe. They don’t need your ignorant, insensitive input. And since we’re on the subject, neither does America.
