Kavanaugh Releases Evidence To Prove His “Innocence,” Accidentally Confirms Ford’s Claims

This is one mistake that Kavanaugh wishes he could take back!

Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, is trying to do whatever he can to shoot down the highly credible sexual assault claims of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and many other accusers, however it’s not working out too well for him.

In a pathetic attempt to prove his “innocence”, Kavanaugh released several months of old calendars from his senior year in high school to the Senate Judiciary Committee. Kavanaugh’s purpose for doing this was to prove that he didn’t have an entry for the party that Ford claimed he had tried to rape her at in 1982. But interestingly enough, what several participants realized during Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing was that the SCOTUS nominee’s calendar entry for July 1, 1982 might actually prove that he sexually assaulted Ford.

In a segment on MSNBC, David Gura reported:

You saw during the course of these hearings, when Republican senators were still using Rachel Mitchell, an outside prosecutor to ask questions, she was honing in on that date. She was getting close to it. I noted when she got there, that’s when her service to the committee seemed to end — Republicans stopped using her at that point.”

Former federal prosecutor Joyce Vance also weighed in about what happened during the hearing, and the fact that Kavanaugh’s calendar entry for that date showed that he’d been at someone’s house, with certain people who were named. Vance stated that this could only help the FBI with their investigation:

That did seem to be the cutoff point for Rachel Mitchell, she sort of got the hook from the committee after she began to focus on Judge Kavanaugh’s calendar. And it seems fair to focus on his calendar, because he has held them out to be reliable.

So this seems like a great place for the FBI to began their inquiry — identifying the participants, looking at the likely location, seeing if it’s a match with Dr. Ford’s story. They’ll be able to drive her to the location, if they can identify it, and engage in all sorts of techniques designed to determine whether or not this could be the date that Dr. Ford is referring to in her testimony.”

Another former federal prosecutor, Katie Phang, added:

It opens up up a Pandora’s Box of problems for Brett Kavanaugh, not Dr. Ford.”

Zerlina Maxwell, the senior director of progressive programming for SiriusXM, also spelled out how bad this was for Kavanaugh and how he may have just screwed himself:

I think what is interesting is he put his calendar as evidence to help his own case but he actually — he put out evidence that actually corroborates her story, which I found really surprising, because she has never seen this calendar and somehow she was able to have her version of events match the July 1st calendar.”

Well, it wouldn’t be the first time a Republican accidentally revealed incriminating information about himself (cough cough Trump). You can watch this shocking segment below:
