Donald Trump is one finicky, squinty-eyed little man. He is a self-absorbed, egotistical jerk. So self-absorbed in fact, that he absolutely cannot stand it when the spotlight is drawn away from him for even the slightest of moments. He doesn’t want another human being getting even a shred of attention, even if it for something as out of their control as coughing.
He made this quite apparent during his exclusive interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos when his chief of staff Mick Mulvaney coughed while Donald was in the middle of answering a question. Because of that little cough, Donald lost his cool, completely stopped the interview, demanded a retake, and told Mulvaney to get the hell out if he couldn’t contain his bodily functions.
To say the least, the man really hates coughing.
That’s why his little press conference with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau today was so damn rich. Trudeau’s face pretty well portrayed his feelings throughout the entire sit-down — he doesn’t like the blubbering idiot any more than we do. But as the meeting was wrapping up, Justin seemed to have himself a little fun with the buffoon that is the president of the United States — by coughing.
That’s right, folks. The Canadian Prime Minister seemed to make a point to noticeably cough while sitting next to Donald, and the look on Trump’s face is absolutely priceless, while Trudeau’s seems to be betraying a bit of amusement.
